Online court reservations
Before making a reservation, users must select one of the following options:
1. Full team (reservation for a full group of players)
- – The user selects whether they wish to book a single (2-player) or double (3 or 4 players) game.
- – They choose the desired date and time from the calendar, based on availability.
- – Fill in the booking form with all the required information, including any extras, and submit the form.
- – The booking is confirmed immediately, without the need for other participants.
2. Incomplete team (one, two or three players looking for teammates)
- – Users can select whether they want to book a singles or doubles match.
- – They then select the date and time from the calendar based on availability.
- – Select your level of play, choosing from:
Beginner: the player is just starting out, has little or no experience, and is still learning the basics of hitting the ball consistently.
Amateur: the player has more experience, can hold slow-paced exchanges and cover the court better, but may still have weaknesses.
Experienced : the player has good command of the fundamentals, can sustain longer and higher tempo exchanges.
- – They then fill in the booking form, including any extras, and submit it.
- – The booking remains pending until the group is complete.
- When other participants join and the group is complete, the user will receive a confirmation notification.
- – At this point, the booking will be closed and officially confirmed.
PLEASE NOTE: if the group is not complete within eight hours of the start of the match, the booking will be cancelled automatically. Users will receive an email informing them that the court has not been confirmed.
3. Join an existing booking (for those looking for partners)
- – Users can select whether they want to join a singles or doubles match.
- – Indicate your level of play (Beginner, Amateur, Expert).
– The calendar will only show days and times already booked by incomplete groups with the same level of play.
- – The calendar will only show dates and times that have already been booked by other users looking for partners.
- – You can view a list of matches awaiting completion and their available times.
- – The user selects the number of participants needed to complete the group.
- – Fill in the form with your details.
- – If the team is complete with your addition, the booking is confirmed immediately.
- – Otherwise, the booking will remain pending until the required number of participants is reached.
- – Once the full number is reached, the booking will close and be confirmed.
The system intelligently matches requests:
- For example, those looking for a doubles match will only be matched with groups or players looking for a doubles match.
- Those looking for a singles match will only see slots available for singles.
Important note:
If another complete group books the same court for the same time slot while you are waiting, your pending booking will be automatically cancelled. All participants will receive a notification of the cancellation.
General Rules
The cost of hiring the court starts at €18 per hour, regardless of the number of players. According to the rules, there can be between one and four players on the court.
The maximum booking duration is three consecutive hours. For longer bookings, please contact the facility by email or telephone.
Bookings can be cancelled up to the day before exclusively via WhatsApp or by calling the following numbers:
Payment for the booking is made directly at the court upon arrival, before the start of the activity.
If the weather is bad, the booking will be cancelled, but you will be able to reserve the court for another date via the calendar.
Services included
Equipment provided
Each booking includes tennis rackets and balls. In addition, each player will receive a bottle of water.
Fully equipped changing room
You can use the changing room to safely store your clothes and take a shower after your match.
Private parking
Accessible next to the court for easy access to the facility.
Court lighting
On request, lighting can be activated for the duration of your booking for an additional charge of €5.
Important note
Please return any equipment used to the changing room and leave everything tidy at the end of the match.
